HUNT DIGITAL, a leading performance digital marketing company is looking for a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support our CEO. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love keeping things in order, and enjoy working with people—this role is for you!

Responsibility: 

• Managing the schedule, calendar, and meetings (local & international)

• Tracking tasks, prioritizing projects, and ensuring deadlines are met

• Preparing reports, presentations, and key documents

• Coordinating with suppliers, partners, and clients

• Handling personal and professional tasks for executives

• Attending meetings, taking notes, and following up on action items

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience as a Personal Assistant to a senior executive – required

• High proficiency in Canva, Monday, Office Suite 

• Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and manage shifting priorities

• Highly organized with a “get-things-done” mindset

• Excellent English skills (written & spoken) – must-have

• Discretion, reliability, and strong interpersonal skills
