We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to drive strategic partnerships with app developers and mobile marketers. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with a strong track record in business development and app marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage partnerships with mobile apps, gaming companies, and advertisers to promote their campaigns via our agency and DSP.
• Identify, prospect, and onboard new clients, ensuring a strong pipeline of business opportunities.
• Negotiate and close deals with app developers, advertisers, and media buyers. *
• Collaborate with internal teams (media buying, operations, and tech) to optimize campaign performance.
• Stay updated on mobile marketing trends, ad tech, and competitor strategies.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
  
  

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of business development experience in mobile marketing, digital advertising, or ad tech.

Proven experience in app marketing campaigns (CPI, CPA, CPR models preferred).

Strong understanding of mobile DSPs, user acquisition, and in-app traffic.

English - native or fluent

Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to work independently, meet revenue targets, and manage multiple partnerships simultaneously.

Bonus Points

Existing network of app developers, advertisers, or UA managers.

Experience working with DSPs, programmatic buying, or mobile ad networks.

Familiarity with MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch, etc.).
