We're seeking a Technical Writer to join our Product Design team, as part of our Product group. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining high-quality documentation that supports both technical and non-technical users. You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, designers, developers, and subject matter experts to produce clear, concise, and user-friendly content that helps users navigate our products and integrate our APIs seamlessly.

What will you do?

• Create and maintain comprehensive product documentation, including user guides, API docs, walkthrough guides, and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, validate, and translate complex technical information into accessible content.
• Develop documentation standards and templates to ensure consistency across all product materials.
• Tailor content for various audiences, ensuring clarity for both developers and end-users while anticipating user needs and addressing potential frustrations.
• Review and edit documentation for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to style guidelines.
• Stay informed of product updates by participating in planning meetings and working closely with stakeholders.
• Manage documentation projects from start to finish, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Leverage AI tools to improve documentation workflows and increase efficiency.
• Continuously explore industry best practices to enhance content quality.

Who are you?

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Information Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Native English speaker or equivalent level of fluency.
• 3+ years of experience in technical writing, preferably in a software or technology company.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating clear, user-oriented content, including API documentation such as GraphQL READMEs.
• Proficiency in documentation tools (e.g., Markdown, DITA, MadCap Flare) and version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
• Empathetic mindset with the ability to understand user challenges and craft content that resolves potential frustrations.
• Passion for AI, with an interest in workflow automation and content innovation.
• Nice to have: Experience in the maritime, trading, or logistics industries.
