Tasks

The HR Specialist Is Responsible For

• Coordinating with local and regional HR teams, as well as Shared Service Centers
• Driving standardization and optimizing processes (e.g., via eForms)
• Supporting job postings, candidate pre-selection, and interview coordination
• Managing contracts, registrations, work permits, and HR IT system updates
• Processing salaries, bonuses, and collaborating with payroll providers
• Ensuring accuracy of data across internal and external databases
• Managing team mailbox inquiries and preparing reports
• Supporting labor relations, compensation & benefits, and compliance matters
• Assisting with HR-related tasks, including health & safety, visas, and expat support
  
  

• A bachelor's degree in HR, Legal, Social Sciences, or Business Administration (or equivalent)
• 1-3 years of HR experience, preferably in an international environment, or vocational training with 3-6 years of experience
• Fluency in Hebrew and strong English communication skills
• Knowledge of Israeli payroll regulations and proficiency in Excel
• SAP knowledge (a plus)
• A detail-oriented, independent, and customer-focused mindset
• Willingness to travel
