Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Operations Specialist to optimize HR processes, maintain SAP SuccessFactors, and support employee lifecycle activities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding, offboarding, and benefits administration.
• Maintain SAP SuccessFactors with accurate employee records.
• Coordinate with payroll for timely processing.
• Generate HR reports and analytics.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 2+ years in HR operations or another HR role – advantage
• Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors – advantage.
• Fluent English – mandatory.
• Strong communication, organizational skills, and discretion.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
