Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Relations Supervisor located in Herzliya. The Guest Relations Supervisor will be responsible for managing guest relations, communication, customer service, reservations, and front office duties on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

• Guest Relations and Customer Service skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• Experience in Reservations and Front Office operations
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
• Hospitality or related degree is a plus
