This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a passion for content creation, and understands the power of social media marketing. You will play a crucial role in crafting engaging content that enhances brand visibility and drives user engagement.

• Video Editing – Create high-quality video content for digital platforms, including ads, brand videos, and organic social media content.
• Creative Briefs – Develop detailed creative briefs for UGC (User-Generated Content) and influencer collaborations, ensuring content aligns with brand goals.
• Social Media Management – Manage and grow the company's social media pages (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, etc.), including content planning, posting, and community engagement.
• Trend Research – Stay updated on the latest social media trends, viral content, and audience behavior to keep our content fresh and engaging.
• Content Strategy – Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and media teams to optimize content performance and align with overall business goals.
• Performance Analysis – Track key performance metrics, analyze content effectiveness, and optimize future strategies based on insights.
• Collaboration – Work with designers, media buyers, sales team, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive branding across all content.
  

• 1-2 years of experience in content creation and social media management for a global company – Required
• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut) – Required
• Experience in managing and growing social media pages – Required
• Strong understanding of social media trends, viral content, and audience engagement strategies
• Ability to write compelling creative briefs and guide UGC/influencer content creation
• Excellent written and spoken English skills; fluency required
• A creative and strategic mindset with the ability to develop engaging content ideas
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience working with performance marketing campaigns – Preferred
• Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) – Preferred
• Experience analyzing social media performance and using insights to optimize content – Preferred
