Job Title: Host and Scriptwriter (Builders of the Middle East)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a creative and confident Host and Scriptwriter to develop and present engaging, well-researched content across our media platforms. This role requires a strong storyteller with a compelling on-camera or voice presence, capable of writing and delivering scripts that captivate and connect with our audience. You will be responsible for shaping the voice of the content from concept to final performance.

Responsibilities:

• Research topics and develop original scripts tailored to our audience and platform (e.g., YouTube, podcast, social media).
• Write clear, structured, and engaging scripts that balance information and entertainment.
• Host content in a charismatic, authentic, and audience-appropriate tone.
• Participate in pre-production meetings to brainstorm and refine ideas.
• Collaborate with producers, editors, and creative teams to ensure smooth execution from script to screen.
• Adjust performance or scripts based on feedback, analytics, or evolving creative direction.
• Stay updated with current trends and audience interests to keep content fresh and relevant.
• High level of English (written and spoken)

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a content creator, host, or scriptwriter in digital media, broadcasting, or related fields.
• Exceptional writing and storytelling skills with a strong grasp of structure, pacing, and tone.
• Confident on-camera or on-mic presence with the ability to deliver scripted and unscripted content naturally.
• Strong research skills and the ability to explain complex ideas in an engaging and accessible way.
• Excellent communication, time management, and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with digital platforms like YouTube, TikTok, or podcasting tools is a plus.
