Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist

Our team is growing and we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist (R&D) to join us!

As our R&D center is located in Tel Aviv, this is a unique opportunity to be a crucial part of the success.

*The position requires arriving at the office at least 4 days a week.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead hiring processes end to end in technical domains (mainly R&D)
• Focus on sourcing, using mainly LinkedIn Recruiter, to various positions (this is a significant part of the role)
• Understand the business needs of the business units you will support and become their recruiting partner
• As part of the TA team, you will also be responsible for the new hires' onboarding process in the company
• Promote the company’s reputation as the “best place to work”
• Promote and lead HR and recruiting projects

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience as a Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist from a start-up/hi-tech company or a recruiting agency
• Sourcing experience, mainly with LinkedIn Recruiter, is a must
• Experience in recruiting for R&D positions
• Hands-on experience with various selection processes (interviews, phone interviews, reference checks, etc.)
• B.A from a leading university, preferably in the field of Social Sciences
