Supply Chain Manager

We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimize the production and logistics of our aesthetic home-use devices. This role involves strategic planning, process optimization, and policy development to ensure efficient supply chain operations and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities-

• Oversee the end-to-end supply chain for our home appliance sector, ensuring smooth and cost-effective operations
• Manage subcontractors abroad and in Israel, ensuring quality production and timely delivery
• Coordinate customer orders with the sales department to align supply with demand
• Work closely with R&D, NPI, and ODM teams to support product development and manufacturing
• Control and optimize inventory, analyzing demand and forecasting inventory levels across multiple warehouses
• Oversee supply chain processes from product development to final production, including pricing and contractual agreements
• Manage warehousing, inventory counts, and stock accuracy
• Continuously improve processes and workflow to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
• Troubleshoot and resolve supply chain challenges, ensuring smooth operations

Requirements-

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 4 years of experience in supply chain management—mandatory
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Experience managing subcontractors (especially in China)—advantage.
• Proven experience in inventory management across multiple warehouses.
• Knowledge of product development processes and production workflows
• Experience in setting up production lines.
• Understanding of import/export regulations and logistics.
• Willingness to travel abroad occasionally.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience with SAP—advantage
