We’re seeking a Manager of Data to build and lead our data department from the ground up. You’ll consolidate scattered data sources, establish infrastructure, and drive data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute a data strategy aligned with business goals.
• Centralize and manage data from multiple unstructured sources.
• Implement data governance, security, and best practices.
• Build dashboards and reports to provide business insights.
• Lead a growing data team and foster a data-driven culture.
Requirements
• 5+ years in data management, analytics, or BI.
• Proven experience in large-scale DWH projects - a must
• Experience building data infrastructure and teams.
• Proficiency in SQL, ETL, BI tools, and cloud-based solutions.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Travel or e-commerce experience is a plus.
• Excellent English – technical writing, speaking, and communication (must pass an English proficiency test)
