We’re looking for a hands-on Data Operations Lead to own and scale end-to-end data collection operations across images, video and audio. This role is responsible for delivery, quality, vendors, and timelines.

What You’ll Do

• Own the end-to-end data collection process, from planning and briefing to final delivery.
• Lead large-scale data collection across images, video, audio
• Manage and coordinate international contributors, freelancers, and local partners in a fully remote setup.
• Execute rapid, cost-efficient data collection initiatives under tight timelines.
• Oversee vendors, budgets, schedules, and quality control.
• Ensure all delivered datasets meet defined technical specifications and client requirements.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in data operations, or similar roles.
• Proven experience managing large-scale, multi-region data or content collection projects.
• Strong vendor and budget management experience.
• Ability to run multiple projects in parallel and deliver under tight timelines.
• High attention to detail and strong quality standards.
• Excellent communication skills and experience working with remote, cross-functional teams.
• Experience working with datasets for AI/ML use cases.
• Familiarity with data labeling, annotation workflows, or content moderation pipelines.
• Experience working with external data vendors and marketplaces.
