We are looking for a Business Unit Manager – CRM Division

A key leadership role responsible for managing a business unit within the CRM Division,

with a strong emphasis on experience from integration companies.

✅ Full P&L Management – Overseeing financial, business, and human aspects

✅ Strategic Planning – Developing and executing business strategies, defining goals, and aligning activities with market demands

✅ Budget & Profitability Management – Monitoring revenues, costs, and project profitability

✅ Team Leadership – Managing professional teams, from recruiting new employees to leading development and expert teams

✅ Project & Client Management – Overseeing project execution, ensuring on-time and budget delivery, and maintaining high customer satisfaction

✅ Business Partnerships – Managing relationships with strategic partners, vendors, and key industry players to enhance business opportunities

✅ Business Development – Identifying new growth opportunities, supporting pre-sales processes, writing proposals, responding to tenders, and expanding within existing clients

✔ Proven experience in managing a business unit with full P&L responsibility

✔ Experience in managing teams of at least 30 employees

✔ Strong project management skills, including budget, resources, and timelines

✔ Experience in leading software projects (mandatory: CRM Dynamics ) and delivering technical solutions with a business-oriented approach
