A leading financial organization is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to lead the HR function for a large and strategic business division.

Responsibilities :

Partner with senior management to drive HR strategy, including recruitment, retention, talent development, and organizational change.

Manage and mentor a team of 3-4 HR professionals.

Provide strategic HR guidance and support to senior leaders.

Lead employee engagement and organizational development initiatives.

Work closely with HR teams and key stakeholders across the organization.

Requirements :

Proven experience as an HR Business Partner in a large organization, preferably in the financial sector.

Experience in managing a team – a significant advantage.

Strong business acumen and ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Energetic, proactive, and hands-on, with a strong ability to drive change.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
