Technical Support TR3

· Provide comprehensive application support and service solutions for our customers.

· Respond and resolve customer technical inquiries.

· Maintain and monitor system performance.

· Run diagnosis on errors or technical problems (HW + SW).

· Handle both remote and on-site troubleshooting

· Perform all on site installation, repair, maintenance, and test tasks as well as upgrades or rework activities.

Desired Skills and experience:

· Proven experience in application support – Must

· Proficiency in communication protocols – Must

· Hands-on experience with SQL - Advantage

· Experience with network switches and routers

· knowledge in virtual environments – Big Advantage

· Excellent problem-solving abilities

· Strong customer service orientation

· Willingness to perform field work

· Outstanding interpersonal skills

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Driving license (Car or motorcycle)

· Education in the field of mechanics or electronics
