A well-established startup is looking for a dynamic and proactive HR Manager to lead and optimize its human resources operations. This is a hands-on role requiring a strategic mindset and the ability to execute effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all HR processes, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
• Optimize HR and recruitment resources, procedures, and technology.
• Plan and execute company welfare activities, events, and projects, including budget management.
• Lead full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding, and follow-ups.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and job candidates.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in HR and recruitment.
• A hands-on, proactive approach to problem-solving and execution.
• High-level English proficiency.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
• Prior experience working in a startup environment.
• Energetic and self-motivated, with the ability to take initiative and meet deadlines.
