Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Success Manager at LEADERS. The role will be located in Tel Aviv District, Israel, with the flexibility for some remote work. The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for customer satisfaction, analytical skills, customer retention, relationship building, and providing exceptional customer service on a daily basis.
Qualifications
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
- Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-making
- Customer Retention and Relationship Building abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in the digital marketing or social media industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
