✔ Providing Help Desk support & troubleshooting technical issues remotely and on-site

✔ Supporting Microsoft Windows operating systems (2019-2022)

✔ Managing virtualization environments (VMware, Hyper-V)

✔ Configuring & maintaining routers and firewalls (FortiGate, Check Point, Cisco)

✔ Troubleshooting servers, storage systems, and network infrastructure

✔ Handling backup solutions & business continuity strategies

✔ Working with Office 365 and Google Workspace

🎯 Valid driver's license – mandatory 🚗

🎯 Strong technical skills and ability to diagnose & resolve issues efficiently

🎯 Experience with networking & security – configuration of firewalls, routers & VPNs

🎯 Familiarity with cloud services (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace)

🎯 Passion for learning and evolving in a fast-paced IT environment

🎯 A customer-first mindset – great communication skills are a must!

🎯 Certifications (e.g., Microsoft, Cisco, Fortinet) – a big plus!
