Production Planning Team Leader

We are looking for a Microelectronics Production Planning Team Leader to join our team at ELTA Division.

What will you do:

• Managing the production planning department in the field of microelectronics.
• Working closely with the quality control unit and various departments within ELTA.
• Opening agreements in the contract management system.
• Ongoing monitoring of supply processes at different production stages.
• Overseeing subcontractors.
• Tracking KPI targets and ensuring compliance.
• Managing space projects in strict accordance with space-related regulations, in collaboration with MABAT.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management – mandatory.
• At least 3 years of experience in production planning/control – mandatory.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP software.
• Strong analytical skills and data presentation capabilities.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Familiarity with KPI tracking and supply chain monitoring.
