📍 Location: Bursa - Ramat Gan

📋 Role Summary: Lead our sales team with a focus on the US market

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee sales and service teams 🔄

- Recruit, train, and retain top sales & service talent 🌟

- Streamline sales and service processes 📈

- Develop strategies for upselling and cross-selling 💼

- Collaborate with marketing to maximize conversions and sales 🚀

- Ensure exceptional customer experience and satisfaction 👍

- Analyze performance metrics and recommend improvements 📊

- Coordinate with marketing, logistics, and production for seamless operations 🤝

Requirements:

- 5+ years in managing sales

- Proven online sales and customer service experience

- Experience in the American market, a must

- High proficiency in English

- Proficiency in Intercom and AI-driven processes, a bonus

- Jewelry industry experience is a huge plus 💍
