Job Responsibilities: • Lead and mentor a team of top-tier backend developers to build and optimize our high-performance, scalable system that processes millions of medical records daily. • Design and manage a cutting-edge microservices architecture using Kubernetes to ensure unparalleled efficiency and scalability. • Integrate groundbreaking generative AI models into our system to enhance data processing capabilities. • Implement industry-leading security measures to ensure the safe handling of Personally Identifiable Information (PII) in full compliance with regulations. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including data scientists, front-end developers, and product managers—to develop game-changing solutions. • Oversee and enhance CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and ArgoCD, streamlining deployment and development workflows. • Manage and deploy applications on Kubernetes, leveraging Docker and Helm for seamless containerization. • Optimize message brokering through RabbitMQ to ensure efficient system communication. • Maintain and fine-tune SQL databases for peak performance and data integrity. • Foster a culture of innovation, excellence, and continuous improvement within your team. • Work closely with the CTO to drive the company’s technical vision and align with strategic business goals.

Requirements: ● Experience: ○ 4+ years of backend development experience, specializing in: ■ Highly scalable systems ■ Kubernetes and Microservices ■ Docker ■ Node.js/TypeScript ■ RabbitMQ ○ 1+ years of experience in a leadership role, guiding and mentoring developers. ○ 3+ years of hands-on experience designing and building systems and architectures that run seamlessly on Kubernetes.
