Talent Acquisition Specialist (Temporary Position - 6 Months)

What You'll Do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for key software engineering, R&D positions, and go-to-market roles in the USA, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating hiring processes.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
• Identify and engage top tech talent through multiple channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking.
• Ensure an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Coordinate interview schedules and provide feedback to candidates.
• Support employer branding initiatives to attract top-tier software engineers.
• Maintain recruitment data and provide insights to improve hiring process
  
  

Requirements:

Who You Are:

• Proven experience of at least 3 years in talent acquisition within a software - web environment.
• Strong sourcing skills and ability to attract passive candidates.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple software engineering roles simultaneously.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
• Passion for working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Work Enviroment & Location

At Droxi, we value flexibility and collaboration. Our office is conveniently located in Ramat Gan, just a 2-minutes walk from Savidor train station, making it easily accessible. We generally prefer to work from the office three times a week to foster team collaboration and connection, but we’re open to discussing arrangements that work best for you.
