Software Engineering Team Lead

What will your day look like?

• Lead and manage a professional team of developers in a dynamic, information-intensive environment.
• Plan, monitor, and control development processes using AGILE methodologies.
• Manage development processes with TFS (Azure Dev-Ops Server), including version control, continuous integration, and DevOps workflows.
• Oversee the software development lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
• Set measurable goals for team members and provide technical and managerial leadership.
• Collaborate regularly with various departments: architecture, information security, infrastructure, project management, and product units.
• Ensure application stability and availability, including ongoing maintenance and issue management.
• Promote technological advancement of the team and continuous improvement of technical tools.
• Interface with trading rooms, alternative investments, research, and risk management teams.

Position Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience as a Development Team Lead managing a team –Mandatory.
• Proficiency in React, SQL, MSSQL, WPF, and C# – Mandatory
• Familiarity with ASP.NET technologies – Mandatory
• Knowledge and understanding of the capital markets – Advantage
• In-depth understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies for efficient management of the software development lifecycle – Mandatory
