Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced SOC Manager to lead our Security Operations Center. The SOC Manager will oversee daily operations, manage a team of analysts, and collaborate with MSSP partners to ensure the security of our corporate infrastructure, SaaS platforms, data centers, and customer services.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Management:

• Lead and mentor a team of SOC analysts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the SOC, ensuring effective monitoring and response to security incidents.

Collaboration with MSSPs:

• Serve as the primary liaison between Nebius Group and MSSP partners, ensuring alignment of security objectives and effective communication.
• Coordinate with MSSPs to enhance detection capabilities and incident response strategies.

Incident Management:

• Oversee the identification, analysis, and response to security incidents, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on operations.
• Develop and implement incident response plans and playbooks.

Strategic Planning:

• Develop and execute strategies to enhance the effectiveness of the SOC, including the integration of new technologies and processes.
• Define and review key security performance indicators to ensure proper service delivery and continuous improvement.

Compliance and Reporting:

• Ensure compliance with relevant security standards and regulations.
• Prepare and present regular reports on SOC activities, incidents, and performance metrics to senior management.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
• Experience:
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in information security, with at least 2 years in a leadership role within a SOC.
• Proven experience collaborating with MSSPs in a hybrid SOC model.
• Technical Skills:
• In-depth knowledge of security monitoring tools, SIEM platforms, and incident response methodologies.
• Familiarity with cloud security, particularly in securing SaaS platforms and data centers.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), or GIAC Security Essentials (GSEC) are highly desirable.

• Ability to work under pressure and make informed decisions in high-stress situations.
