Key Account Manager

A leading manufacturing company is seeking a highly motivated Account Manager for a dynamic and challenging role.

• Managing customer relationships with a long-term strategic approach in close collaboration with senior management.
• Enhancing customer service experience and satisfaction.
• Tracking and resolving customer issues efficiently.
• Identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
• Overseeing the customer’s product portfolio.
• Monitoring and managing approved budgets, including financial targets.
• Identifying supply chain risks and developing alternative solutions.
• Collaborating with internal departments to optimize customer solutions.
• Maintaining strong communication and engagement with customers.
• Analyzing data and preparing comprehensive reports for clients.

• Bachelor’s degree or Associate’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management – Required.
• Proven experience working with executive-level customers, project managers, procurement teams, and engineering departments – Essential.
• 2-3 years of experience in a similar role – A must.
• Background in engineering, manufacturing, or subcontracting companies specializing in production, integration, and electro-mechanical assemblies – A prerequisite.
• Strong experience in negotiation and deal structuring – Required.
• Proficiency in profitability analysis of products – Essential.
• Experience in reviewing pricing structures and preparing client quotations – Necessary.
• Solid knowledge of relevant technological processes and expertise in supply chain management – Compulsory.
• Fluent in Hebrew and English – Crucial.
• ERP software proficiency – A must-have.
• Familiarity with technical drawings – Advantageous.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, service-oriented approach, high energy, and ambition.
