Customer Journey & Experience Manager

We are looking for a talented Customer Journey & Project Manager to join our CX team!

If you have experience in customer journey management, in-depth knowledge of Marketing Automation platforms, and strong analytical and creative skills – we want you on our team.

This role includes leading and managing marketing automation implementation projects, developing customer journey strategies, and executing Data Discovery processes. Someone with creativity, leadership abilities, strong presentation skills, and a passion for technology and marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and collaborate with a variety of leading organizations across industries.
• Develop strategy, plan, and implement customer journeys while deeply understanding client processes and needs.
• Oversee Marketing Automation system implementation projects.
• Manage, optimize, and measure Marketing Automation activities to drive business success.
• Work closely with creative, copywriting, marketing, product, and development teams.

Requirements:

• Proven experience with Marketing Automation platforms (e.g., Emarsys, ActiveTrail, Marketing Cloud, or similar) – Minimum 3 years required.
• Strong strategic experience and deep understanding of customer processes – Mandatory.
• High creativity, out-of-the-box thinking, and ability to develop innovative solutions.
• Experience in managing Marketing Automation system implementations – Advantage.
• Strong project management skills, multitasking abilities, and attention to detail.
• Ability to present and engage with senior stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with strong data analysis skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Knowledge of SQL, XML, CSS, HTML – Advantage.
