SNOW Implementer

We are looking for an SNOW Implementer to join our team and lead the implementation of service requests and processes on the ServiceNow platform.

About the Role:

• Implement service requests and processes on the ServiceNow low-code platform.
• Understand architecture, components, and various interfaces, troubleshoot issues, and activate interfaces within departments.
• Provide business insights – understanding client value, and thinking of the most optimal implementation from the customer’s perspective.
• Lead development projects, planning, and work program control.
• Collaborate with various teams, including product unit experts, testers, infrastructure, and cybersecurity teams (matrix-based work environment).

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, or Information Systems.
• At least 2 years of experience in system implementation/analysis.
• Experience implementing on the ServiceNow platform – a significant advantage.
• Experience with JavaScript and Angular implementation and development – an advantage.
