IOS Apps User Acquisition Manager

THE ROLE

As a User Acquisition Manager, you will play a key role in scaling, optimizing, and expanding our user acquisition efforts for the Apps division. This role requires a data-driven mindset, hands-on campaign management, and strategic thinking to drive growth and profitability. You will be responsible for scaling existing campaigns, exploring new acquisition channels, and optimizing performance marketing strategies. Working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage high-budget campaigns, and leverage leading advertising platforms to maximize results.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

✔ Manage and optimize user acquisition campaigns across multiple media channels

✔ Analyze campaign performance, identify key insights, and implement optimizations to improve ROI

✔ Allocate and manage budgets efficiently to maximize campaign effectiveness

✔ Research and test new advertising channels to expand acquisition efforts

✔ Stay ahead of industry trends and platform updates to ensure best practices in user acquisition

✔ Collaborate with internal teams including Creative, Product, Monetization, and Data to enhance UA strategies

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Must-have:

✅ 1 year of general media buying experience in at least 2 of the following platforms: Google Ads, Facebook Ads, AppLovin, Mintegral

✅ High-level English – both verbal and written

✅ Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset

✅ Proactive approach, ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns efficiently
