Import Coordinator

We are looking for a dedicated Import Coordinator to join our team at Israco, a leading food import company, and part of the Tiv Taam Group. The role involves managing and coordinating the import process for a variety of food products

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the import processes for different product categories.
• Maintain communication with international suppliers and local clients.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards for imported food products.
• Monitor shipments, manage inventory, and ensure smooth customs clearance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and distribution of products.
• Work closely with the logistics and distribution departments to manage supply chain operations.
• Provide support for business projects and marketing initiatives related to new product imports.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in import and logistics is a plus.
• Knowledge of the food industry and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Proficiency in English and Hebrew, both written and spoken.
• Experience with inventory management systems and related software.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
