Frontend Team Lead

Key Responsibilities:

-Oversee and coordinate activities to align with business objectives

- Translate business goals into a clear and actionable technical roadmap

- Lead design reviews, monitor service health, and oversee development and deployment processes

- Mentor and guide team members to achieve their full potential

- Drive feature development, maintain high coding standards, and manage versioning and releases

- Tackle complex technical challenges and provide solutions of the highest quality

Qualifications:

-Minimum 1/2 years of experience in management roles leading small teams\as a tech lead.

-At least 5 years of hands-on experience developing web applications using JavaScript or TypeScript

-Proven expertise in designing and architecting scalable, high-performance web systems

-Deep understanding of React and its ecosystem

-Familiarity with GraphQL and WebSockets

-Proficiency in writing unit and end-to-end tests

-Advanced knowledge of version control using Git (including GitFlow)

-Experience with AWS (S3/Cloudfront) is a strong advantage

-Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in Hebrew and English

-Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a commitment to meeting deadlines
