Your Team:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Data Operations Manager to oversee data governance and quality in our Research group. This role requires exceptional communication and organizational skills, with the ability to coordinate across teams, optimize workflows, and foster collaboration. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is detail-oriented, and is passionate about data-driven decision-making while maintaining strong human relations and teamwork.

• Play a critical role in shaping and optimizing our data infrastructure.
• Lead the execution of tasks and multiple projects you own in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with a dynamic team that values data-driven insights, working closely with internal and external teams, including remote or outsourced groups.
• Work in a fast-paced environment with opportunities to leverage cutting-edge technologies.
  
  

• 3+ years of experience in data management and data labeling, or a similar role.
• Familiarity with data labeling tools, workflows, and methodologies.
• Proven track record of successfully collaborating with internal and external teams, including remote or outsourced groups.
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with keen attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (preferred).
  
  

• Knowledge of Python programming language and ability to write code - advantage.
