Quality Assurance Engineer

About the Role: The QA and Support Engineer at Kupatech will work closely with FS Developers, DevOps, Product Manager, and designers in an agile environment, contributing to the incremental delivery of software and ensuring the best value for the business and customers.

Responsibilities:

• Execute test cases and document results for web and mobile e-commerce applications
• Perform functional, regression, and user acceptance testing
• Identify, document, and track bugs using issue tracking systems (e.g., Jira)
• Assist in creating and maintaining test documentation
• Participate in daily stand-ups and sprint planning meetings
• Test new features across multiple browsers and devices
• Verify cart functionality, checkout process, and payment integrations
• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to website functionality
• Document customer-reported bugs and escalate to development team
• Monitor system status and report service disruptions

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in software testing or technical support
• Quality Assurance Course and Certificate
• Basic understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Knowledge of SQL for basic database queries
• Familiarity with API testing concepts
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Experience with issue tracking systems (Jira, Zendesk)
• Attention to detail and quality-oriented mindset
• Customer-service oriented with patience and empathy
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines
• Basic understanding of security and privacy best practices
