Solution Architect

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Solution Architect to join our DLP department. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between our R&D team and Field Sales Engineering and Customer Success teams. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional problem-solving skills, a deep understanding of DLP solutions, and the interpersonal skills to perform multiple client-related tasks, prioritize and resolve issues efficiently while maintaining excellent relationships with all stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Work with internal teams and customers to ensure seamless implementation and integration.
• Lead the execution of Proof of Value and customer implementations.
• Serve as a platform expert, working closely with Product and Engineering to transform customer challenges into new features and solutions.
• Assist in developing technical materials, including presentations, documentation, and knowledge base content.
• Troubleshoot and address complex customer issues and queries in collaboration with relevant teams, ensuring technical feasibility and alignment with business needs.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product Management, R&D, and Marketing teams to resolve issues, manage escalations, maintain alignment, and solve technological challenges to accelerate the sales process.
• Create ad-hoc technical solutions and automation for pre-sale, post-sale, and internal use cases.
  
  

• Proven experience as a Solution Architect (or similar technical role), preferably in the DLP domain.
• Extensive expertise in database querying and data analysis, with a proven ability to craft efficient queries, extract meaningful insights, and drive data-informed decision-making.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex systems and processes.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a talent for building strong relationships.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  
  

• Strong understanding of DLP solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
