Financial Analyst / Economist

We are looking for a Financial Analyst / Economist with 3 - -6 years of experience to join our finance team. This role will play a key part in budgeting, forecasting, treasury management, crypto asset managent, and cash flow analysis. Additionally, the position will support monthly closing processes and provide strategic insights to senior management.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and analyze budgets and financial forecasts on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
• Manage cash flow planning and monitoring, ensuring financial stability and efficiency
• Oversee treasury operations and crypto asset management, including transactions, controls, and risk management
• Conduct profitability analysis and financial modeling to support business decisions
• Track key financial KPIs and provide data-driven recommendations to management
• Assist in monthly closing processes and financial reporting
• Collaborate with various departments, including accounting, sales, and operations
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, or Accounting – required
• 3-6 years of experience in financial analysis or economic roles within a tech, finance, or crypto company – required
• Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management – required
• Advanced Excel skills and experience in financial modeling – required
• Experience with crypto assets/digital assets – a strong advantage
• Familiarity with financial ERP systems (Priority or similar) – an advantage
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and business-oriented mindset
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
