Position Description:

Reports to HW R&D Manager

Takes part in product development throughout the product life cycle.

Responsible for aspects of mechanical development of the current and future company products.

Hands on mechanical design and fabrication.

Responsible to transfer to production of the company products.

Participating in mechanical aspects of the V&V, CE and FDA submission, including protocol writing, testing, test reports, etc.

Responsible to meet tight schedules and meet milestones.

Responsible to management of subcontractors.

Education B.Sc. in mechanical engineering from known institution.

7-10 years of experience in mechanical design of electro-mechanical systems.

Proficiency with SolidWorks a must, additional CAD- advantage

Experience in the design of complex and miniature mechanisms

Experience in industrial machines design

Design to manufacturing. Familiar with production technologies: machining, sheet metal, plastic injection molding etc.

Experience in management of subcontractors

Experience in transferring products from R&D to production

Independent work capability, time and tasks managing, high interpersonal and communication skills

Hands-on approach to electro- mechanical assembly

Proficiency in MS Office.

Language skills (Verbal and read/write)- Hebrew and English required
