What You'll Do:

• Provide on-site technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Set up and configure new devices.
• Maintain and support our IT infrastructure (Windows, macOS, ChromeOS).
• Quickly learn and adapt to new IT systems and tools.

What We're Looking For:

• Basic IT support experience or demonstrable capacity to learn new systems rapidly.
• Familiarity with Windows, macOS, ChromeOS, and basic networking.
• Experience with Google Workspace, Zoom, and Slack is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Fluency in Hebrew and English.
