HELP DESK/PC Technian for temporary work at Ramat Hahayal

• The role includes support and problem solving in the areas of Desktop, Network, Servers and Cellular for company employees, while prioritizing tasks, planning times and having a broad system vision
• The daily routine includes providing frontal, telephone, email and ongoing work
• To the call system while monitoring and tracking statuses

Requirements:

• At least two years of experience in a similar role in a large company - mandatory
• MCSA, MCITP certification - a significant advantage
• Familiarity with Mac OS - a significant advantage Full control of Windows 10 operating systems
• Knowledge of user management and working in a multi-server Microsoft environment (AD) Basic knowledge of media devices | Casting - TVs, receivers, converters and streamers
• Experience working with desktop and laptop hardware and printers Service-minded, willing to learn
• Immediate start of work Full-time temporary position for 3 months in Ramat HaHayal
