Responsibilities:

• Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities to effectively communicate the value proposition of the company services.
• Drive top-of-the-funnel lead generation for account executives and sales managers.
• Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in CRM.
• Consistently achieve a monthly quota of qualified opportunities.
• Find creative ways to generate relevant prospects.
• Generating new business opportunities.
  
  

• 2+ years of experience in Business Development Representative roles in a global envoirment.
• 2+ years of experience with lead generation techniques, including researching and identifying potential customers or prospects through various sources (e.g., online research, social media, industry events)- Must.
• Experience working with international clients – must.
• High proficiency in English - Must.
• Fluent Spanish speaker (spoken, written, and reading) – Must.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools (SF/Outreach) to manage and track leads, opportunities, and sales activities- Advantage.
• A passion for and understanding of the sports industry - Must.
• Creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills.
• Working hours will follow Latin America / US time zones (approximately 15:00–23:00 UTC).
• Willingness to travel.
