Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and interpret data on customer behavior, churn rates, lifetime value, and CRM aspects.
• Design and optimize predictive models for customer churn and lifetime value.
• Develop and implement data-driven strategies to enhance customer retention and engagement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide actionable insights.
• Create detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in the online gambling industry.
• Proven experience in designing and modifying churn and lifetime value models.
• Strong understanding of CRM systems and customer retention strategies.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and statistical software.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
