Learning Developer

About the Role:

A Learning Developer is required to support our global learning and development strategy. As part of Software Development L&D Team you will create high-quality, AI-driven learning products designed to meet the needs of our global Software Engineers. This role focuses on delivering innovative and scalable solutions that enhance employee training in software development, practices, tools, security, and other key technology areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop diverse learning assets: AI-generated videos, enhance training videos, avatar-based tutorials, and interactive e-learning modules.
• Create both micro-learning content and full-length courses for technical and managerial audiences.
• Collaborate with U.S. teams and global stakeholders to align learning products with organizational goals.
• Leverage advanced tools, including AI-driven platforms and automation technologies, to deliver high-quality solutions efficiently.
• Work with Global team to analyze the need and provide possible learning solutions with impactful learner experience.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in learning development, instructional design, or related fields.
• Proficiency in tools such as Articulate, Adobe Suite, and AI-driven content creation platforms (Content, Images and Video Generators).
• Excellent English communication skills and the ability to work independently with global teams.
• Proactive, ability to lead a process and deliver a complete product/learning solution.
• Previous experience in Global company, preferred Software Dev company
• Big Advantage: Understanding of software development, Practices, Tools, and cybersecurity concepts.
• Required to attend AT&T offices 3 days a week.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a global organization.
• Background in developing learning solutions for technical topics.
