Sales team manager – Cybersecurity Industry

A rapidly growing and innovative cybersecurity company is looking for a Sales Team Manager. The company specializes in cyber breaches, fraud, and cybersecurity incidents, working with international clients, primarily in the U.S. market.

Responsibilities

• Leading and mentoring a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Developing business opportunities and expanding our client base.
• Enhancing sales processes and strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Collaborating with company leadership to align sales efforts with business objectives.

• Location: Tel Aviv
• Work Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 16:00–23:30 (part-time, with the potential to transition into a full-time role as the team grows).

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing a sales team (at least 1 year), specifically in international markets.
• Fluent English – native level or full professional proficiency is a must.
• Strong advantage for experience in the U.S. market.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and business development skills.
