Job Description:

We are looking for a talented PPC Campaign Manager to join our dynamic team at a digital marketing startup.

The role involves managing and executing paid campaigns across various platforms, analyzing data and deriving insights, optimizing performance, and supporting our clients’ marketing strategies.

• Plan, create, and manage paid campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, and more.
• Continuously optimize campaigns to achieve ROI and ROAS goals.
• Analyze performance using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and others.
• Write creative ad copy, including A/B testing for messaging and calls to action.
• Manage monthly budgets and optimize budget allocation for maximum performance.
• Regularly analyze and report campaign results, providing insights to clients and company management.
• Conduct keyword research and identify new opportunities to improve campaign performance.
• Stay up to date with PPC trends and industry changes, implementing new best practices and continuous improvements.

• At least 1 year of experience managing PPC campaigns on major digital platforms.
• Excellent command of Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager (experience with additional platforms is an advantage).
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data – in-depth knowledge of Google Analytics and Excel.
• Deep understanding of digital marketing strategies and customer journey mapping.
• Strong writing skills in both Hebrew and English, including ad copywriting and professional reporting.
• High level of service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills for client interactions.
• Proactive mindset, ability to work independently, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
