• Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and sales.
• Design, implement, and optimize automated workflows, including welcome sequences, cart abandonment, post-purchase follow-ups, and re-engagement campaigns.
• Continuously improve email performance through A/B testing, personalization, and segmentation strategies.

• Implement and manage customer review systems to gather valuable feedback and build trust.
• Develop strategies to encourage reviews and testimonials across platforms.
• Monitor and respond to customer feedback to enhance brand reputation and loyalty.

• Create visually compelling and on-brand email templates and assets.
• Write engaging and persuasive copy that aligns with brand tone and resonates with target audiences.

• Map and optimize the customer lifecycle to ensure timely, relevant, and value-driven communication.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align messaging across all customer touchpoints.

• Track and analyze email campaign performance, automation workflows, and review management metrics.
• Leverage data insights to inform strategies and continuously improve results.
• Provide regular performance reports with actionable recommendations for improvement.

• 2+ years of experience in email marketing, workflow automations, or CRM management.
• Expertise in email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo.
• Familiarity with review management tools like Trustpilot is a strong plus.
• Proven ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Excellent organizational skills with a proactive and collaborative mindset.
