User Acquisition Manager

Our Social UA Team is growing, and we are looking for a talented User Acquisition Manager to join us!

You will be responsible for user acquisition traffic including the development of overall creative, strategy, optimization and ROI analysis.

What will you do?

• Execute, manage and optimize large-scale campaigns over a variety of online social advertising platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, etc.
• Manage fast-paced and dynamic projects in a highly organized manner on schedule and on budget.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, design, business and analytics teams to drive the best results for your activities.
• Plan manage and execute marketing campaigns from scratch (ideas, funnels, creatives, and ads)
• Provide creative direction for banners, text ads, images, video ads and landing pages
• Analyze and optimize media spending, focusing on data-driven tactics to ensure KPI delivery
  
  

• Good communication skills (start with being a good person)
• 2 years of experience in managing performance-based marketing campaigns (Gaming is an advantage)
• Significant experience with advertising on social platforms - Experience with Facebook ads platform - A must
• Proven experience in app promotion and a deep understanding of the app ecosystem – a big advantage
• Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Vlookup, Calculated Formulas)
• Creative flair, originality and strong visual sense
• Up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in the Online Marketing world
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Experience with SQL - big advantage
