About the Role:

We are looking for a strategic and creative Content & Social Media Manager to join our marketing team and play a key role in shaping Pango’s customer communication and brand voice across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a strategic partner in developing clear, impactful, and engaging messaging across all customer touchpoints, including in-app content, notifications, and direct campaigns.
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and marketing teams to deliver cohesive user experiences and refine content strategies, including crafting user-centric microcopy.
• Planning the monthly social Gantt and managing Pango's social media channels
• Lead content planning and storytelling efforts, ensuring a seamless and value-driven communication experience for our users.
• Manage the relationship with the advertising agency, overseeing the creation of engaging social media strategies and maintaining a comprehensive monthly content for all social channels.
• Manage influencers, crafting and adapting messaging strategies for different social platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Continuously analyze performance data to optimize messaging and user engagement across communication channels.

What You'll Bring:

• 3 years of experience managing social platform
• Strategic mindset with the ability to think big picture and translate it into actionable content strategies
• Proven experience in content management, microcopy writing, and social media
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with various teams
• Passion for crafting user-centric content and optimizing the customer journey
• Data-driven decision-making and a results-oriented approach
