Financial Controller

Position Overview: 

Join ROi Labs as a Financial Controller, where you'll play a critical role in managing financial planning, budgeting, and cost optimization for our marketing operations. Responsibilities: 

• Oversee budget planning and financial forecasting for all marketing activities, ensuring alignment with business objectives. 
• Monitor marketing spend, cost efficiency, and ROI, identifying areas for improvement and optimization. 
• Conduct financial reporting and analysis, providing actionable insights to senior management. 
• Develop and implement financial controls and compliance measures to ensure responsible marketing expenditures. 
• Collaborate with the marketing teams to align financial planning with campaign goals. 
• Analyze marketing performance metrics (e.g., CAC, LTV, ROI) to inform strategic decision-making. 
• Manage the financial aspects of vendor contracts, media buying, and partnerships to ensure cost-effectiveness. 

Qualifications: 

• Proven experience in financial planning, budgeting, and analysis, preferably within marketing, advertising, or media. 
• Strong understanding of financial modeling, forecasting, and cost management. 
• Proficiency in financial reporting tools. 
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate financial data into strategic insights. 
• Experience in iGaming, digital marketing, e-commerce, or performance marketing finance is highly desirable.
