𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻

We are seeking a Business/Data Analyst with expertise in data analysis and database management for financial services systems. In this role, you will analyze data and collaborate with LLM engineers to enhance our AI-based knowledge systems. You will also be responsible for structuring high-quality datasets for AI-powered solutions.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

• 𝗔𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘆𝘇𝗲 data and market trends to generate intelligence for an LLM-based solution.

• 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽 robust SQL queries and MongoDB scripts.

• 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻 structured datasets for AI-driven analytics and LLM training.

• 𝗖𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗲 real-world examples and benchmarks for RAG-based retrieval systems.

• 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗰𝗹𝗼𝘀𝗲𝗹𝘆 with the LLM engineering team to optimize knowledge retrieval flows.

• Build dashboards and reporting tools to support risk analysis, compliance, and business intelligence.

𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀

• B.Sc. in Data Science, Computer Science, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience in data analysis for financial services applications.

• 3+ years of experience working with SQL and MongoDB queries.

• Familiarity with financial services datasets.

• Knowledge of RAG and LLMs, with the ability to structure data for AI-powered retrieval systems.

• Good understanding of banking system flows, products, and regulations.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical audiences.

• Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).

• Understanding of business banking.

• Experience in Python (preferred) or R for data processing.

• Prior work experience with financial data sources.
