Hybrid Position: Experienced Graphic Designer for a Leading Marketing and Branding Agency

Location: Kfar- Vradim ISRAEL

We are a leading agency specializing in strategic marketing consulting, branding, marketing communication services, and digital marketing. We are looking for an experienced Graphic Designer with expertise in branding and design for B2B companies to join our creative team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute creative branding concepts for B2B clients, ensuring alignment with their strategic goals.
• Design compelling visual content for a variety of platforms including digital, print, and web.
• Collaborate with the strategy, marketing, and digital teams to create cohesive design solutions that enhance the client's brand presence strategy and messages.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring high-quality output and timely delivery.
• Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices in design and branding.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design with a focus on B2B branding and design.
• Proficiency in all Adobe software (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.) and Figma.
• Experience in web design, print design, social media design, websites etc.
• A strong portfolio showcasing branding work for business clients, including logo design, visual identity, social media adds and marketing collateral.
• Ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies.
• Familiarity and some experience working with AI tools.
• Video editing experience is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work closely with clients and internal teams.
• A keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of typography, color theory, and composition.
• Ability to take initiative, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with diverse industries in the B2B sector.
• Knowledge of UI/UX design and website layout principles.
• Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and social media graphics.
