We’re looking for a Social Media Team Leader to take charge of our clients’ social media strategies, mentor and develop team members, and leverage cutting-edge technology to drive significant business results.

What does the role include?

• Leading and managing the social media team – professional development, training, and continuous guidance.
• Working closely with clients – understanding their needs, building strategies, and managing their digital presence.
• Utilizing advanced AI tools to streamline workflows, create high-quality content, and bring innovation to the social media space.
• Developing content strategies and managing organic and paid campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and more.
• Performance analysis and optimization – tracking key success metrics and continuously improving content and marketing strategies.

Who is this role for?

• At least 3 years of experience in social media management, working with business clients – preference for candidates from agencies or large companies.
• Proven experience leading a team and managing people – a must!
• Creative mindset, process management skills, and data-driven approach.
• Affinity for technology and ability to quickly learn AI-driven platforms.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
• Curiosity and ability to learn independently.
