Software Engineering Manager

We are looking for an experienced Development Group Manager to join our growing software company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a dynamic team of 30 .NET and C# developers to deliver high-quality software solutions. As a Group Manager , you will work closely with project managers, architects, and other teams to ensure that projects are completed on time and meet technical specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and guide a team of 20 .NET and C# developers.
• Oversee and manage the development lifecycle of multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to technical standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, product, operations) to define and implement project requirements.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and quality benchmarks.
• Foster a positive and productive team culture, focusing on continuous learning and development.
• Provide technical leadership, support, and troubleshooting for development challenges.
• Work closely with management to plan team capacity and project timelines.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing .NET and C# development teams.
• Strong expertise in .NET Framework, C#, and associated technologies (ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, etc.).
• Experience in software architecture, design patterns, and solution scalability.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).

Nice to Have:

• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (JavaScript, React, Angular).
